I also get the crash on Tahoe developer beta. I tried starting Accordance Aleph while holding down OPT to get the menu. I checked off all the options, but it still crashes after accepting the EULA.

I saved the crash logs, but can't seem attach them here.  I'll send them to support in case they are helpful.

Well, now I can't run the regular Accordance (non-Aleph) - it crashes the same way! I also tried starting it in sfe mode and checking off al the options to clear things out, but it still crashes.

My regular non-Aleph Accordance on macOS is crashing now after asking to accept the EULA. Same crash signature as when I installed/ran the Aleph beta.

I have tried uninstalling Aleph, uninstalling non-Aleph, renaming the Accordance folders in ~/Library and rebooting.

Still the regular non-Aleph Accordance crashes. I was working fine on this MacBook prior to installing the Aleph.

Is that also on Tahoe? We've had reports of 14.0.11 also crashing on Tahoe.

Yes, this is macOS 26 Tahoe beta:  26.0 Beta (25A5316i)

14.0.11 had been working fine on my MacBook, but it was installed previously to upgrading Sequoia → Tahoe.

On my Mac MIni (also upgraded to 26.0 Beta (25A5316i)), 14.0.11 is working fine.

I just discovered something interesting with the crash on Tahoe.  I noticed that every time it crashes just after clicking OK to accept the EULA.

On the to of the crash stack each time is gestureRecognizerTrackingAction - so I thought - gestures are related to the trackpad.  So maybe rather than clicking through the EULA with the MacBook/Mac Mini trackpad, I would just use the keyboard (return, tab-return).

Sure enough! Accordance continues to load!

Once 14.0.11 finishes installing (I had uninstalled it when trying to get around the crash), I wii try Aleph again with the same “use the keyboard, not the trackpad, to get through the EULA” trick.

I can confirm that the Aleph also works on Tahoe as long as you do not use the trackpad to click through the EULA.

But now… Dark Mode.  My system is set to Dark Mode and this is what the screen looks like when I try to go into settings…

    So I did this:

    1. Set my MacBook (Settings→Appearance) to Light Mode (so I could read the Accordance settings)
    2. Go into Accordance Settings and turn OFF Appearance → Automatically adjust to system dark mode
    3. Set my MacBook back to Dark Mode (and Accordance is now unreadable again)
    4. Go into Accordance Settings and turn ON Appearance → Automatically adjust to system dark mode

And now Accordance seems to have properly handled Dark Mode and it looks real nice :)

I'm on Sequoia (15.6) and was having the crash at the EULA using the mouse. Once I keyboarded thru that, the beta loads.

I tried what John and Clint said above it does work. Not using the trackpad but just using the keyboard gets past the EULA prompt and stops it crashing.

Happy it works. This solution needs to be pinned somewhere.
