Please consider increasing the sync quota

You well stated the same concerns I have.

First, though I have been a Testflight Beta user for several years (since 2019) I did not get a new invitation, nor did I see a publicly posted one.

Second, I have spent hours importing and cleaning up books as User Tools. I use the regularly most of them. Altogether they comprise 233 MB. I realize that such will be a challenge for Accordance to provide disk space for syncing but if that is not possible then I hope that with regard to the iOS and iPad OS devices a direct sync will remain available. In that way I could only sync my preferences and User Notes.

I am hoping that they increase the sync size.  I have been waiting (not always patiently) for the release of syncing.  A limit of 50 MB is a joke.  I have BY FAR more than that amount after years of user tools, papers, notes, etc.  To say that this is a disappointment would be an understatement.  My notes alone are 43.8 MB and that doesn't even begin to count the other user content that needs synced.

I was also surprised to read about a 50mb limit. Hopefully this will increase soon!

I have not  seen any comment from Accordance addressing the  issue of sync size.  Will Accordance increase or consider increasing the sync quota? Or  Does the silence indicate that Accordance will be sticking with the inadequate amount of 50 mb?

Me too! My sync file is 308 MB, and I haven't been able to sync. Is there still an option to use Dropbox Sync?

Dropbox syncing has been discontinued.  My understanding is that the sync limit will increase to 100MB (still not enough for you, unfortunately), but that the changes for that are still in beta testing.

Thanks, Lorinda. I figured that was the case, but I was hoping the ability to use Dropbox for sync was hidden in the settings somewhere. Yes, because of the way I use highlights, my highlights file is huge. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do going forward, because the only way to be able to sync again would be to start from scratch. As far as I know, there's no way to split a highlight file into smaller parts, and I'm not sure that would help anyway.
