Neusner's translation of the Tosefta is the standard English translation (in fact, the only published English translation of which I'm aware) of this important rabbinic work. Accordance has Neusner's English translations available for the Mishna and Talmud, but not the Tosefta. Thus, developing this resource would fill an important gap and logically follows from the rabbinic resources Accordance has already developed.

You are in my mind. I would love this. I have it in printed fashion. When compared to the Mishnah, it reveals how some portions of the Mishnah is missing some context of understanding. To me, this is valuable.
