First, I saw a blip on Syncing being developed, and a video showing it! Hallelujah! Personally I have needed to see progress being made. I'm happy about that. I have no idea where to find it again.

Second, This Support page is extremely difficult to navigate. I find posts, and then cannot find them again. We (I assume most people) have been conditioned for years to use forums.  Perhaps someone could make a help video on using this new support site? I truly don't understand it.
