No idea where to post

I have no idea where to post stuff that doesn't seem to fit. Is there a general inquiry section? Or a where to find it section? How about a "wisdom from the masters" where we can get help with general stuff?
Anyway, I need to know where to find “On True Religion” by Augustine.
