Option to set "show all posts" + "sort by recent activity" as default

When browsing the forums for community activity, the combination of “Show all posts” and “Sort by recent activity” brings the newest material to the top. This makes it easy to interact with the Accordance community to help or comment on things of current interest.
The default view at the moment is “Show topics” (and “Sort by newest post” if one chooses “Show all posts”). This combination is good for an FAQ page, but it doesn't foster community participation to help one another.
Please consider allowing a more forum-friendly default for the community page.

We'll ask our hosting provider if it's possible to change this default, not sure if it is.

I realise this doesn't really achieve the more global outcome you are after, but one workaround is to use a bookmark: https://support.accordancebible.com/hc/en-us/community/posts?sort_by=recent_activity

This is not easily possible to do with our hosting provider. The workaround David Purton mentioned would be the best solution.
