Option to search for specific lexeme chosen from dropdown list

When doing a Greek word search in, say, UBS5, there's a helpful dropdown that lists several lexemes to choose from.

However, when the lexemes differ only in breathing and accent placement, it doesn't matter which lexeme we pick from the dropdown - the search returns hits for all of them. We need to manually add an “=” at the beginning.

Feature request: add buttons to each line of the dropdown to make it easy to pick the kind of search we want.
