How to upload a video file?

In the old forum, we could upload video files. This allows users to clearly demonstrate bugs or unexpected application behaviours.

How do we upload video files in this (new) forum?

I tried drag & drop but it didn't work.

The menubar for this text box has a button for uploading pictures (the 4th from the right in the picture below), but there doesn't seem to be one for uploading videos. The picture-upload button does not recognise video uploads.

I'd upload a video to demonstrate, but, well, that's the point of this query.
