    Hi Lawrence. You probably want to use an “exact lexical form” search. Simply precede the word with an equal sign. For the NA28, =ἕκτος yields 14 hits, while =ἐκτός yields 8. If you need a specific inflected form for the former (an adjective), use an “exact inflected form” search by surrounding the equal sign and the desired inflected form in double quotes. For example, "=ἕκτην".
