what does ‘pending approval’ mean when i post?

Our new system has a spam filter that we are still in the process of training. Occasionally posts are being caught in the spam filter, and we have to mark them not spam. We are trying to process requests within 24 hours of posting, but occasionally it has taken a little longer. The more the community is used and we train the filter to recognize posts as not spam, the less this will occur.
