Web Interface that Syncs with Desktop and Mobile

There needs to be a web presence where a user can login, see an interface that mirrors desktop or mobile, and where a user can use their Accordance library wherever you can log on to the internet. This is not a new technology. It is assumed that if this were available, that syncing would be consistent across desktop, mobile, and operating system. This is also not a new technology. It is ubiquitous with many computer applications.
I prefer using a desktop, but the culture is moving to mobile (duh, like for the past 20 years)
As much as I prefer a laptop interface, I do everything else on my phone. Banking, social media, work emails, business transactions, photos, maintenance, keeping up with family, friends, and work calendars…..and so do you.
Wouldn't it be nice if Accordance provided the library a user had built over decades, to be displayed on the web? It built an interface so you could access OTHER websites, but not Accordance content?
