Issue Accessing the New Accordance Community on Some Devices
CompletedSome users are having issues accessing the new Accordance Community and Accordance Support center on some devices, including some mobile devices. This has been a limited instance (some of us are not having any issues accessing them on any devices). For those who have the issue, the page seems to be stuck at a white page with the Accordance logo in the upper left corner of the screen. If you are experiencing this issue on certain devices (but can still access this post and read this), please reply back with the device type, operating system version, and web browser version you are experiencing the issue with. We may need to file a support request with our hosting provider.

Nathan,
As I reported in the e-mail, I cannot access the new Accordance Community and Accordance Support center on a Mac running 14.7.2 Sonoma with Firefox 138.0.4 (aarch64). I also sent you a screenshot of the only extensions for Firefox that I have enabled (it appears I cannot attach a screenshot here).
Posting this here just to be sure it's documented. As of today, the problem persists.
I wonder who else is struggling with this problem with replacement for the forums.

We have a message into our community provider's support to see how we can best resolve this. Thanks for reporting it!

I found the issue. I didn't actually take long if I just wanted to put enough time into it. I just opened the Console and it spit out the answer right away.
The screenshots is in Danish, so roughly translated, it's getting blocked because I have enabled Enhanced Security in Firefox (or Chrome). Setting it to Standard or disabling it for these URLs fixes the issue.I am however deeply disappointed in Accordance to restrict help center articles to sign in. I have never experienced this on any other help center site.
I urge Accordance to reconsider to force sign in. Especially if users like myself had to struggle for over a week without being able to see anything.1 -
Thanks for the feedback on this!

By default we wanted to restrict the support and community sites to logged in users so that only actual Accordance customers are accessing the site, not scammers or bots. We may look at ways to adjust the settings to see if we can allow people to read the site without logging in but still need to login to post.

We are actively working with our hosting provider both to resolve this issue and to look at allowing non-logged in users to read the support center and community (but still require a login to post or vote on feedback).

Our hosting provider is in the process of resolving the issue across all their accounts, so hopefully this will be resolved for those affected by it coming up. There's nothing else we need to do on our end to resolve the issue.
We have made a change to the support center and community that allows non-logged in users to view the support center and community. It only requires a login to post or vote on feedback.
