We are seeing a few reports of this and are working to address it. What resolution are you using?

1440x932 on an Apple Studio Display. Appears the same in Chrome and Safari.

Hi Mark, I am probably going to have to just remove it. We're using the ZenDesk template's recommended image size, but it seems to not scale properly with certain monitor resolutions. I'll try a couple more things, but if it doesn't resolve the issue I'll likely just remove the banner until we find a solution.

We could try replacing the banner with a generic gradient of our color themes. That might look good without dealing with any logo-scaling issues.

The banner also looks like the top is missing in my setup: Win 11, 1920x1080 resolution.

This article might be useful: <https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409774802202-Images-in-a-Help-Center-appear-blurry-or-distorted>.

I found that the browser zoom level affects the cropping.

The banner is cropped when my browser zoom level is at 100%. When I change it to 125%, the top reappears. It might be that the developers were testing the website with their browsers set to something other than 100% such that when a browser is actually at 100%, it doesn't crop correctly.

Mine cuts off on my iMac Pro but looks OK on my M2 MacBook Air. It's been hit and miss.

We also have another message into our provider about this to see if there's anything else we can try.
