Export Option for User Notes (and other User Files)

It would be great for users to be able to export User Notes. Ideally, a robust import/export option across all user files would be ideal.

In the meantime, being able to select text in a User Note and go to File>Save Text Selection and choose RTF or Plain Text, similar to how we can do it currently in User Notes, would be one way we could export our User Notes.

It would also be great if the selection limit for Save Text Selection could be removed from User Tools. While it makes sense to have it for published/copyrighted and professionally-developed Accordance modules, since User Tools are generally our own personal content, it would be useful to remove the export limit.
