User Tool PDF Import Bug (Accordance 14)

Description of the bug/issue: Importing some PDFs into Accordance User Tools does not import the content of the PDFs, only displays blank pages with page numbers.

Steps you took to produce the bug: I tried to import a PDF into an Accordance User Tool by going to File>User Files>Import User Tool

Accordance version: 14.0.11

Operating System Version: Sequoia 15.4, Windows 11

Hardware: Intel iMac Pro, M2 MacBook Air, HP Envy Notebook (Intel)
