Update: Apple has released iPadOS 17.7.8 which has resolved this issue.
Some Accordance Mobile users are experiencing issues with their Accordance Mobile app resetting to the default state after updating their iPad to iPadOS 17.7.7. This is an issue caused by Apple with the iPadOS 17.7.7 update. This issue is outside our control, and we do not have a current workaround to resolve the issue. The only resolution will be updating iPadOS to an update that Apple releases to resolve this issue. We are sorry for the issue caused on Apple's end.
